Refund Policy

Our Return Window

We want you to love every item you receive from Saturday Morning Toys. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in their original condition unused, unopened, and with all original packaging intact
• Not be marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-returnable' at the time of purchase
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened blind boxes or mystery items (due to the nature of random selection)
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
• Digital downloads or gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at erica@saturdaymorningtoys.biz with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. If you would like an exchange, please mention this when you contact us to initiate your return and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a promotional or discounted price are eligible for store credit only, unless they arrive damaged or are the incorrect item. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
