Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped

International Shipping
At this time, Saturday Morning Toys ships within the United States only. We hope to expand international shipping in the future. If you are outside the US and would like to enquire about a specific order, please contact us directly at erica@saturdaymorningtoys.biz
Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The specific carrier will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.
Delays & Issues
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather, or carrier disruptions particularly around holidays. Saturday Morning Toys is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been dispatched. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
